As an adult outpatient and geriatiric psychiatrist, I am dedicated to providing high-quality, evidince-based care to rural communities and underserved populations.
I have been working within Mayo Clinic Health System since 2021, after completiing residency and geriatric-psychiatry fellowship. In addtion to clinical duties, I have a longstanding interest in clinical and epidemioogical research. I have received numerous research awards on national and international levels through the American Academy of Geriatric Psychiatry and the International Psychogeriatric Association. I have authored over 20 peer-reviewed research articles and have calloborations with the Rochester Epidemiology Project and the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden.
I enjoy time spent with family and friends, playing drums and guitar, being outdoors, and cheering for the Minnesota Vikings when I am not working.
