I use a collaborative approach to counseling with the support of great mentors and colleagues. My hope is that you'll feel heard, understood and empowered in our sessions. I will explore your strengths and needs with curiosity, not judgment, and want to support you in making meaningful and lasting change.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends in many outdoor activities, such as hiking, biking, kayaking and camping. My favorite way to recharge is to sit on the porch with a nice cup of tea and a book. Wisconsin is a beautiful state with such kind people, and I enjoy serving my community both at work and in my free time.
