I am a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician with additional training in nonoperative sports medicine. My passion is for helping people meet their functional goals and getting back into their community — whether that is by being able to access their own home or getting back onto the athletic field. I prefer to utilize exercise and active therapies to accomplish these goals. I will also use medications and ultrasound-guided interventions for more targeted treatment of joint, tendon, muscle and ligament injuries.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and being active. I played multiple sports growing up, particularly baseball and football, and am a Minnesota sports fan.
