I believe preventive care is so important, and I encourage my patients to implement a healthy lifestyle as top priority.
Shared decision-making is essential when caring for patients. My approach includes educating patients on their health then making a plan together with which they are comfortable. Evidence-based medicine is the foundation of my medical practice.
Prior to working in Arcadia, I worked in family medicine for five years in Minnesota. I also worked in orthopedic surgery and urgent care.
Outside of work, I most enjoy spending time with family. I also enjoy traveling, attending sporting events, going to concerts, cooking, baking, running, golfing and doing yoga.
