Helping people get back to doing what they love, without pain or dysfunction. Whether it be injury recovery or finding new ways to do old things due to life changes, finding what works best for the patient is my number one priority.

I am an animal lover who spends most of my free time with my husband, daughter, and our two cats and two dogs. If the weather is nice, you will find me outside enjoying walks with my dogs. If not, I will be inside crocheting or building Legos and watching a variety of television shows. I also enjoy baking, especially around the holidays.
