Together, we will discuss your concerns, review your options, and create a practical, evidence-based plan that fits your goals, preferences, and life. Whether we are focusing on prevention, managing an ongoing condition, or addressing a new concern, I am here to support you and your family at every stage of life. Family medicine is about being there through life’s changes—helping you prevent illness, navigate new concerns, manage ongoing conditions, and pursue a healthier life in a way that feels realistic and meaningful to you.

I grew up in the Philippines and now call Minnesota home. Outside of work, much of my time revolves around family life with my husband and our young daughter. We are creating family traditions, enjoying all four seasons, and getting to know our community. I personally enjoy writing and discovering new plant-based recipes.
