My practice philosophy is rooted in compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers patients to take an active role in their heart health. I am committed to building trusting relationships, providing clear education and delivering individualized treatment plans that address the physical, emotional and lifestyle factors affecting cardiovascular wellness. My goal is to support each patient in achieving optimal heart health through prevention, early intervention and collaborative care.

I live in Mankato with my husband and our two boys. When I'm not working, I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors with my family, running and reading.
