I consider medicine a vital art of healing, and I prioritize listening to my patients to understand their unique needs and personal health goals. It is essential to collaborate with them to develop personalized treatment plans that directly address those unique needs and goals.
As a family medicine physician, I strive to form meaningful connections with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, and I am committed to providing them with the highest level of care. Patient education is a fundamental part of my practice. I am dedicated to equipping my patients with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their health. Being a part of my patients’ health journeys and maintaining their well-being is an integral and fulfilling part of my professional commitment. I am excited about the opportunity to make a tangible and positive difference in their lives.
I was raised in Minnesota and attended university in the Twin Cities. After graduation, I ventured out of state, gaining invaluable experience in diverse environments—from tropical regions to urban cities and rural towns—during my medical education and training. I also spent the last two years practicing at a rural critical access hospital and clinic. Now, I am thrilled to return home, ready to serve my community and reconnect with my loved ones.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, reading, spending quality time with family and friends, and exploring new destinations. I also enjoy outdoor activities such as tennis, biking and taking long walks.
