    Nurse Line
    This is a convenient way to access around-the-clock advice for free. We’ll help you get the right care for your needs, often without ever having to leave home. The Nurse Line offers:

    • 24/7 access by calling 507-433-8758
    • Help to quickly determine if your condition can be cared for at home, through a scheduled office visit or if it requires immediate medical attention

    Patient Online Services
    Use the patient portal any time of day through the web or the Mayo Clinic App to access test results, clinical notes and medication lists; to request an appointment; or to contact your care team through secure messaging. You also may also use the portal to request a detailed, itemized billing statement.

    Mayo Clinic Express Care Online
    Patients ages 18 months through 75 can get quick, convenient care for 14 common conditions. You can access Mayo Clinic Express Care Online 24/7, year-round through your Patient Online Services account. If you submit a questionnaire during the listed business hours, you will receive an answer within one hour. If you submit after hours, you will be contacted by 9 a.m. the next day.

    Express Care
    Express Care is a walk-in clinic in Austin providing treatment for minor medical conditions for patients ages 18 months through 75 years. Located within Austin's Hy Vee store, the clinic is staffed by board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants, supported by Family Medicine physicians. Present in person to reserve an appointment, or schedule an appointment through Patient Online Services.

    Same Day Clinic
    Provides treatment for those age 3 months and older for minor health concerns such as:

    • Colds and flu including fevers, coughs, sore throats and ear aches
    • Sprains, strains and simple fractures
    • Scrapes and cuts
    • Minor burns
    • Skin conditions including rashes, poison ivy and insect bites
    • Vomiting and diarrhea
    • Urinary tract infections
    • Minor allergic reactions

    Emergency Department
    Emergency services are available in Austin 24/7, so you can get care close to home. Call 911 in an emergency.
