EXPRESS CARE ONLINE
Mayo Clinic Express Care Online offers quick, convenient care for common conditions to patients ages 18 months through 75 years, unless otherwise noted. Learn more.
To access Mayo Clinic Express Care Online, you need to be a Mayo Clinic or a Mayo Clinic Health System patient with a Patient Online Services account. If you don’t have a Patient Online Services account,
sign up online. You also should be physically located in or a resident of Iowa, Minnesota or Wisconsin.
FACILITY-TO-FACILITY VIDEO APPOINTMENTS
Facility-to-facility video appointments can be used when patients cannot or prefer not to conduct a video visit at home, but are open to coming to a Mayo Clinic Health System location to be seen by a specialist from Mayo Clinic in Rochester or another Mayo Clinic Health System site. This reduces the need to travel long distances and still enables patients to receive care close to home.

MOBILE HEALTH CLINIC
Whether you are seeking routine or preventive care, we have convenient and safe options available, including virtual or in-person appointments with mobile clinic care.

PATIENT ONLINE SERVICES
With a Patient Online Services account, you can view your lab results, medication, and immunization lists, communicate with your care team through secure messages, and refill prescriptions. You can also manage and directly self-schedule some appointments and view upcoming appointments. It’s a direct link to your health care and your health care team members. Video appointments are another way Mayo Clinic Health System provides you care. You can start one from home — or another comfortable location — on a mobile device or computer by using your Patient Online Services account. These videos show you how to log in to your video appointments from a computer and a mobile device.
You can use the Check Symptoms feature within your Patient Online Services account to assess symptoms for various conditions. After being asked to answer questions about your symptoms, you’ll be provided with an option for your next step – either suggestions for home care or the recommendation to schedule an appointment with a care provider. The Symptom Checker feature is free although some care recommendations may lead to cost-related care services.
