I utilize a client-centered, evidence-based approach that integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI), to name a few. I help clients develop insight, strengthen coping skills, regulate emotions and overcome barriers to change.
