Community Wellness Challenge

As the weather transitions, it is more difficult to be motivated to focus on your physical and mental wellness. Join Mayo Clinic Health System for a four-week, self-guided community wellness challenge to help you maintain your overall well-being.

Even moderate exercise is a proven way to stay more productive at work, maintain your weight, boost your mood and enhance your overall health. In addition to exercise, you are encouraged to complete the daily challenge on the calendar.  Challenges focus on one of three areas – mental well-being, exercise, and nutrition.  Examples include adding steps to your day, trying a new vegetable, or taking a moment to practice gratitude.

Community Wellness Challenge

Feel free to share this program with friends and family, as well as employees or co-workers. If you need a bit more incentive – challenge your friends or create teams within your work site to see who can complete the most challenges during the month.
