Alexis Cote-Sands, L.I.C.S.W.

I provide short-term, solution-focused psychotherapy. My background is practicing trauma-informed care, such as trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy and prolonged exposure. I also have specialized training in working with personality disorder diagnoses by providing dialectical behavioral therapy.

I have practiced social work for over 10 years and began by working in child protection, family court and inpatient adolescent behavioral treatment programming. I now practice clinical social work (psychotherapy).
