In his new role, Dr. Gordon will provide medical oversight of all clinical systems in use by Mayo Clinic Health System. Specifically, he will oversee optimized use and efficiency of these systems used every day by staff in the health system.
“I am hopeful that I can inspire my partners with incremental improvements in usability and efficiency, and we can refocus on what has always been at our core: our patients,” says Dr. Gordon.
Dr. Gordon serves patients in Mankato’s Eastridge Urgent Care Clinic. He earned his medical degree from University of Iowa’s College of Medicine, and he completed his family practice residency through Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa.
