Ellsworth clinic reopens
ELLSWORTH, Wis. — The clinic at Mayo Clinic Health System in Ellsworth has reopened for patient appointments after a temporary closure for interior construction.
"Our Ellsworth clinic team is excited to once again see our patients in their home clinic," says Jennifer Miller, operations manager for rural health care at Mayo Clinic Health System. "We are grateful to our patients for traveling to see their primary care providers during this construction period. Mayo Clinic Health System is invested in our rural clinics, like Ellsworth, so we took this opportunity to make updates and upgrades for our patients and staff."
The clinic in Ellsworth has been temporarily closed since July while repairs were made due to flooding damage. During the closure, clinic leaders also worked with the construction team to modernize the clinic facility and increase accessibility.
Patients can call 715-273-5061 to make appointments at the Ellsworth clinic, or schedule appointments online through Patient Online Services.
New vaccinations offered in Ellsworth

- The bivalent booster is a new vaccine that provides protection against the original strain of COVID-19, as well as the two more recent variants BA.4 and BA.5.
- The 2022–2023 flu shot provides protection against four of the influenza viruses expected to be most common during this flu season.
