We accept application through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Get more information on the ERAS application process.
After reviewing your application, we will contact you if an interview is granted. You may state your preference for an interview date in the appropriate section of the form. We will do our best to honor your request. However, interviews are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Your spouse or significant other is encouraged to accompany you.
Please provide us with a brief autobiography, paying particular attention to turning points in your life, important persons and relationships, hobbies and special interests. It is not necessary for you to include your philosophy of family medicine.
Interviews will be scheduled from October through January. Final candidate selection will be based upon application materials and personal interviews.
D.O. students are encouraged to apply. The Mayo Clinic Family Medicine Residency in La Crosse offers an ACGME-accredited Osteopathic Recognition Track for residents wishing to continue their osteopathic education and incorporate osteopathic manipulative medicine in their own clinical practices.
