Billing & Payment
We make every effort to provide you with a clear understanding of our medical services and related charges.
Questions regarding covered services, deductibles, co-pays and explanation of benefits reports should be directed to your insurance carrier. The bill for services you receive from Mayo Clinic Health System – Red Cedar in Glenwood City will be after your insurance coverage (if applicable) applies.
Charges not covered by your insurance are payable in full within 30 days of receiving the bill. We accept payment by cash, check, credit and debit card. Payment arrangements and financial assistance also are available.
eStatements and Online Bill Pay
Mayo Clinic Health System offers two means to pay your bill online. We recommend you enroll in our eStatement program so all your transactions and statements are handled electronically. We also offer you the option to pay your bill from your bank account or credit card without registering.
