Our Saturday Morning Sports Medicine Clinic is for student athletes injured at practices or events during the week. Our Sports Medicine physicians evaluate athletes, which may include X-rays. In addition, our nurses and athletic trainers help with treatment plans and/or rehabilitation programs — all in one visit. We can help dancers, football players, cheerleaders, soccer players, runners, volleyball players and more. The sport doesn’t matter.
If you’re injured, see us on Saturdays, Sept. 26–Nov. 7 from 9–10 a.m. at 1400 Bellinger St., Orthopedics, fourth floor. Walk-ins only.
Common injuries treated include:
Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tears
Hand sprains and fractures
Shoulder and elbow injuries
Concussion evaluations or screenings are offered through the Neurology Department. Parental consent is required before treatment. Fees apply, and insurance will be billed. No appointment needed. To schedule an appointment, visit our Neurology page or call the concussion clinic at 715-464-DING (3464).
