Class Details

This weekly walking group is designed to help people who have lost a loved one process their grief through walking and connection with others who are grieving. Each session will start with a check-in followed by a self-paced walk along the pedestrian trail next to Half Moon Lake.

In the case of rain or storm warnings, the session will be canceled.

The group is hosted by Bereavement Services, and a licensed professional counselor will facilitate each walk.

Attend as many sessions as you'd like. The group will not meet July 3.
