    Community Education: Therapeutic Chair Yoga Session 2

    Wednesdays, March 24 - April 28
    2 - 3 p.m.

    Cost— $60; $50 for seniors age 65 and older.

    Ongoing weekly class includes a gentle movement practice, relaxation techniques and breathing practices to help reduce pain, improve sleep, increase energy, restore balance, and improve your attitude and overall quality of life. The class is personalized to meet participant needs. Yoga poses will be sitting in a chair and standing using a chair for balance. This class may be helpful for people with chronic health conditions such as chronic pain, diabetes, anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia, hypertension, MS, COPD and arthritis.

    Participants get 6 sessions to be used within 9 weeks.
