- Mondays and Wednesdays,1-2 p.m., OR
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7-8 a.m.
No training the week of July 5
Athletes from middle school, high school and college can receive performance training at Mayo Clinic Health System in Menomonie. The six-week program is designed to help several aspects of athletic performance, including:
- Linear and multidirectional speed
These sessions are designed for off-season student athletes to prepare for their next sport. The intensity of this performance training program, added to the in-sport student athlete’s routine practice schedule, may not allow for needed recovery time.
We recommend three-season, multi-sport student athletes consider participating in our summer performance training programs, Sports Performance Training 1:1, or small group offerings. These programs are offered year-round and provide flexible scheduling and balance training with an athlete’s current practice demands.
