Community Education: Fall Into Wellness Challenge
Many aspects of health contribute to your wellness, and building healthy habits can be hard. You're invited to join this monthlong challenge running Oct. 1–31 to get the jump-start you need. All month, you will be encouraged to complete daily activities, and track your sleep, exercise and water intake.
Fall Into Wellness has two tracks: community and corporate. You are welcome to join the community track as an individual, family or friend group. If your business or organization would like to get employees moving in a healthier direction, the corporate track may fit your needs.
