These unconsciously altered breathing patterns lay the foundation for many illnesses such as heart disease and high blood pressure. Breathing affects sleep, memory, energy level, muscle tension, digestion and state of mind. Discover how proper breathing can relieve tension and tightness in the upper back, neck, shoulders and jaw. Join this class to learn how to breathe your way to better health and vitality.
Class will be taught on Zoom, by Michele Hoffman, yoga therapist, Integrative Medicine and Health department.
